Welcome to Azori. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, you cannot use the Site.

Azori is a luxury homebuilder headquartered in Washington with operations in Arizona. Our Site exists to share information about our company, our work, and the homes we build. It is not a transactional platform.

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes — to learn about our homes, browse our portfolio, and get in touch with us. You agree not to:

If you contact us through the Site or submit information (for example, through a contact form), you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Submissions are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

No Professional Advice

Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes. It is not architectural, engineering, legal, or financial advice. Nothing on the Site creates a contractor-client relationship between you and Azori. Any home build, design engagement, or service relationship requires a separate, signed written agreement.

Renderings, Pricing, and Availability

Renderings, photographs, floor plans, specifications, features, and pricing shown on the Site are for illustrative purposes and may change without notice. Actual homes may differ from what is depicted. Availability of any home, lot, or service is subject to change at any time and without notice. We can modify, update, or remove any content (including without limitation pricing information) on the Site at any time without notice or obligation.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Visiting a linked site is at your own risk and should only be done after you review their particular terms and applicable policies.

Compatibility

You acknowledge that we, regardless of the device or form factor chosen, are not responsible for your software or browser compatibility and functionality, hardware, or network connections to the Site, or for your access to, availability of, use of, and timing, receipt, and accuracy of information sent to or received from the Site or its features.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Azori disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You agree that you are responsible for and assume all risks and costs associated with your use of the Site including without limitation internet access fees, backup expenses, costs incurred for the use of your device and peripherals, and any damage to any equipment, software, information, or data. We are not obligated to provide any maintenance, technical, or other support for the Site.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Azori and its affiliates, owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed $100.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Azori and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law & Jury Waiver

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site may be brought only in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you consent to exclusive personal jurisdiction there. All parties waive every right under applicable law to trial by jury or to have a jury participate in the resolution of any dispute arising out of or related to the Site, these Terms, or any content hosted by us.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

Miscellaneous

If any Terms provision is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that provision must be deemed severable from the other Terms and does not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
