  1. You pay an annual fee for a dedicated Azori Concierge advisor who understands the materials, systems, and details of your home, so they can coordinate exactly the right care.
  2. At the start of each season, your advisor creates a personalized maintenance plan for your home and gives a clear scope of work with upfront pricing. Once approved, you make a single payment, and your advisor handles all scheduling and coordination.
  3. Every service is managed end-to-end and held to the same standard your home was built with. You don’t need to spend time researching vendors, comparing quotes, organizing schedules, or wondering whether the work is being done properly. That’s our job.
