If you love your Azori home, chances are someone in your life has heard about it. Maybe it came up over dinner, or a neighbor asked who built your place. However it happens, we want to thank you for it.

When someone you refer purchases an Azori home, we’ll send you $5,000. Not a gift card, not points toward something else. Just a thank-you for helping another family find their way to us.

Azori Homeowner Referral Program Terms

To qualify:

You must be a current Azori homeowner.
The person you refer must be new to Azori. They cannot already be an active lead, under contract, or in conversation with our sales team at the time you submit this form.
Your referral must be submitted before the referred person’s first contact with Azori. Referrals submitted after they’ve already reached out on their own won’t qualify.
The referred buyer must complete Azori’s feasibility process, confirming that their property and proposed home are viable for construction, and sign off to proceed. The referral reward is paid at that point rather than at final closing.
There’s no cap. Refer multiple people who each move forward, and you’ll receive a reward for each one.
Rewards are considered taxable income. Azori will issue a 1099 for any referral reward of $600 or more, as required by law.
Azori may change the referral reward amount at any time. Any change applies to new referrals submitted after the update, not to referrals already submitted under the current amount.
Azori reserves the right to verify referral eligibility and to decline a reward if the submission doesn’t meet these terms.
