Azori offers homes completed with customizations in established neighborhoods throughout the Seattle metro region in Washington and Scottsdale and Phoenix in Arizona. Buyers can purchase new construction homes before completion, meaning you can make design decisions before the build is finished.

What “Your Way” means with Azori

We offer an opportunity for buyers to purchase a new home during construction, before it’s completed. It doesn’t have the final touches, and that’s where you come in. 

Our design team develops curated options including interior design upgrades and sophisticated finishes, so you can customize the details of your home and make it truly feel like your home. Azori also finances the construction on your home until it’s complete, so you don’t need your own construction loan.

How the process works

From the beginning, you’re paired with a dedicated Azori concierge to guide you through every step of your journey.

1. Find the right home

Browse available homes based on location, layout, and stage of construction. 

2. Secure your purchase 

Move forward once you’ve found the right fit, finalizing a Purchase and Sale Agreement with your concierge.

3. Personalize your finishes 

You have the opportunity to make select design choices—such as flooring, cabinetry, and fixtures. The extent of your customization depends on the stage of construction. 

4. Follow the build 

Your home continues through construction, and your concierge provides regular, thorough updates along the way.

5. Move in 

Complete a final walkthrough before closing and step into a finished home that reflects your decisions.

After move-in, your concierge remains a resource, and you can opt into a yearly Azori Concierge membership for ongoing home care and support.
