Azori is a luxury home builder founded in Bellevue, Washington, in 2011 by Shaun McFadden and Joe Naeseth.
We design and build new construction homes in established neighborhoods throughout the greater Seattle area and the Scottsdale-Phoenix region, with a focus on infill development in established, high-demand neighborhoods. In addition to building new construction homes, Azori purchases properties in highly sought-after neighborhoods directly from homeowners—creating opportunities for new homes while offering sellers a clear and streamlined process.
Originally called MN Custom Homes, the company rebranded as Azori in 2026 to reflect its expansion and our commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Our approach: Combine thoughtful design, consistent quality, and a structured, transparent experience—with the highest level of service.
These homes are located in desirable greater Seattle and Scottsdale-Phoenix area neighborhoods near schools, dining, and daily amenities.

Friends since childhood, Shaun and Joe share a vision and an unmatched ability to collaborate in service of the absolute best experience for their clients.
Cofounder Shaun has always understood that a home is just a house until people begin to build their lives inside. Shaun oversees overall business operations, financial strategy, and market expansion. His approach is grounded in a client-centered philosophy focused on delivering a consistent and high-quality experience.
Prior to founding Azori, Shaun worked as a development analyst at Intracorp, senior accountant at Bayley Construction, and associate at KPMG. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington and became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in 2005.
With a knack for truly listening to his client’s needs, Joe oversees all aspects of the construction process, including permitting, architecture, construction, and warranty. He works closely with clients to ensure each home meets expectations in both design and execution.
Before co-founding Azori, Joe spent over a decade at Camwest, where he served as both assistant project manager and project manager. He holds a Master’s degree in Construction Management from Washington State University.
We understand that we’re part of a vibrant local community, and we care deeply about having a positive impact that goes beyond the homes we build.
That’s why we created the Azori Cares program, an ongoing commitment to giving back. We partner with local nonprofits, including Jubilee REACH and Imagine Housing, and donate a portion of our profits every year. We also invest in the environment with innovative eco-friendly practices, so our neighborhoods can stay beautiful and healthy.
