A customized home is purchased before construction is complete. Depending on the stage of construction, buyers have the opportunity to personalize select finishes and interior design details while still benefiting from a more structured process than a fully custom build. 
Customization opportunities vary depending on how far along the home is in construction at the time of purchase. Azori doesn’t build fully customized homes, but buyers can select certain finishes, fixtures, and design elements depending on stage of construction – making your home feel truly personal. 
Timelines vary based on the home and stage of construction. Move-in ready homes may allow for a faster closing timeline, while customized homes typically require additional construction time before completion. 
No, but many buyers choose to work with a broker or agent for additional guidance throughout the process. Our team works collaboratively with both buyers and brokers. 
Our relationship with homeowners continues beyond move-in. In addition to warranty support, homeowners may also choose Azori Concierge services for ongoing home care and maintenance.
