• Is this a home warranty program? No. Azori Concierge is a proactive home care and vendor coordination service designed to simplify ongoing homeownership.

• What types of homes does Azori build?  Azori specializes in luxury infill homes in highly sought-after, established neighborhoods.  An infill home is a newly built home constructed in an already established neighborhood, rather than in a large-scale new development on the outskirts of a city.
• What types of services can be coordinated? Services may include seasonal maintenance, system servicing, landscaping, specialty vendor scheduling, and ongoing home care needs.
• Where does Azori build and buy homes?  Azori builds and purchases homes in Washington and Arizona, specifically, the greater Seattle area and the Scottsville-Phoenix region.
