Between our 15-year anniversary, rebranding to Azori, and now announcing our expansion to Arizona, July has been a busy month full of exciting new milestones.
After spending a decade and a half perfecting our process in Washington, we’re eager to bring our craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and enduring quality to the desert.
“Expanding into Arizona is a natural next step for us,” said Shaun McFadden, CEO and Co-Founder of Azori. “We’ve spent more than a decade refining our processes, building homes that prioritize both design and durability. Bringing that approach to a new market, particularly one experiencing strong demand for luxury living, is an exciting opportunity for our team.”
What’s Already Underway
We have 18 luxury residences underway in Arizona right now, each one carrying the balance of elevated design and everyday livability we’re known for – adapted to Arizona’s unique climate and landscape. Getting the regional details right, indoor-outdoor flow, and how a home holds up against desert heat, meant partnering with experts who already know this terrain. We teamed up with two award-winning Scottsdale firms, DesignTank and Grady Olsen Design, to bring our vision to life.
We’ve also opened a new office in Scottsdale, which will serve as the hub for local operations and future Arizona development opportunities.
The Model Doesn’t Change – Just the Zip Code
We’re excited to debut our vertically integrated model in Arizona – aligning architecture, interior design and construction from the earliest stages of each project, ensuring collaboration and scalability across every detail of the home. This approach allows us to deliver a seamless, highly personalized experience, from concept through completion as one connected process. Support doesn’t end at the final walkthrough, either: in addition to our one-year warranty, we recently launched a Concierge Service – an annual membership that pairs homeowners with a dedicated expert who personally manages their home maintenance. This service will launch in Arizona starting in 2027 but individuals can join the waitlist now.
“In every market we enter, our goal is the same: to deliver homes that not only look exceptional, but perform over time and enhance the way people live,” said Joe Naeseth, Co-Founder. “Arizona presents a compelling opportunity to bring that philosophy to a new audience.”
Over a year in the making and timed alongside our announcement rebranding from MN Custom Homes to Azori, a change built around the same idea now showing up in Arizona: a home experience that extends well past the build itself, without losing the craftsmanship and client-first service we were founded on. Arizona is the first place we’re building that vision outside the market where it started.
